Manoj Vij, a passionate food lover he always knew he wanted to bring something unique to the culinary world. After completing his schooling, he pursued a Master's in Hotel Management from the prestigious Institute of India Hotel Management.

He worked at renowned hotels like The Oberoi and The Lalit in Delhi, honing his skills and learning the ins and outs of five-star hospitality. His journey even took him to Florida, USA, where he worked for two years in the bustling food industry. Yet, his heart always belonged to India.

Manoj's dream was to create a space where people could enjoy high-quality, delicious food, using the knowledge he gained from his global experiences. His vision was simple—bring the best taste to India, where food is not just sustenance but a celebration. With that goal in mind, he returned to his roots and Along with his brother.

In 2020, while the world was facing the COVID-19 pandemic, Manav and his brother decided to take a leap of faith. They started Foodies with a simple mission: to serve high-quality, delicious fast food that rivals international standards, right here in Himachal Pradesh.
